Minimum age requirement:
To subscribe to and enjoy our services, you must be at least 18 years old.
The number of live TV and VOD channels :
Channels and VOD may be changed, updated or deleted at any time without notice. Any changes in the categories or anything included in the content may occur at any time . Britain IPTV has no control over the content provided or EPG or any updates made to them.
Unacceptable Usage Behaviour :
Britain IPTV does not allow any type of re-streaming, transmission of content or distribution of the provided content.
Quality of the content provided:
Due to the nature of IPTV and the factors it depends on, such as the Internet Service Provider, Internet speed, bandwidth, streaming sources and many other variables, we cannot guarantee that the content will work 100% all the time, it is possible to find problems such as buffering, freezing or non-functioning of the content. Therefore, please make sure you have a high speed internet connection and that your service provider allows IPTV servers to reduce the possibility of problems. Please note that sharing your subscription will also result in immediate termination without notice.
Proxy / VPN Usage Policy :
Use of Proxy / VPN applications or servers is not permitted and may result in suspension of service without refund. Our service works anywhere in the world, provided that your Internet Service Provider does not block our services.
Data Usage Charges :
The customer is responsible for all expenses or charges related to their data usage or internet charges. Any information or data provided must be accurate. You must own or have the right to use the payment method used to purchase any product from us.
Adjustments to our terms and conditions :
These terms and conditions may be changed at any time without notice, including our privacy policy, with or without notice to the customer. Any such changes will be effective upon posting. By continuing to use our service and this site after any such modification, you acknowledge that you have read the modified terms. The number of channels and movies in the VOD library may change as we update them weekly.
Pricing :
The services provided by Britain IPTV are subject to change, update at any time and without notice. Discounts and promotions can take place at any time, in case a service purchased before the offer, it can not be refunded to use the offer.
Details of the subscription :
You must follow the details and instructions before purchasing an IPTV subscription from us or in case of problems.
Suspension and downtime :
In addition to our rights and conditions to terminate or deactivate the subscription, you confirm and agree to downtime in the event of server maintenance or any updates or server related issues, you will not be notified of these until they occur.
All communications and terms to be made or offered under this Agreement must be in the English language. We have the authority and right to immediately terminate or limit your use of the Services or access to the Content at any time, without notice or liability, in the event that Britain IPTV determines in its sole discretion that you have violated any of the above terms and conditions, law or regulation regarding any Content
